helpful staff cozy hotel fun atmosphere small room voucher restriction redeem issue

the staff were helpful. i found the hotel authentic and cozy. the bar had a fun atmosphere, it seemed like a trendy place with nightlife, a delight. it was so fun, and i enjoyed every minute.

the quadruple room felt small for four people. i was given a voucher for a complimentary drink. i was told i couldn't redeem it because it was after 9pm, it was disappointing, i didn't like that at all. i thought i could enjoy it on the next day but, it never happened

the location was great, right next to a bus stop. bus tickets were free at check-in (i found that very convenient). i also had free parking on site, a relief.

There was no lift. i had to carry my luggage up the stairs. the family room felt cramped. There was barely enough space to open all our bags.

convenient stay with easy bus access

convenient location mobile voucher friendly staff

the bus stop was right outside. getting around the city was super quick. the hotel provided a mobile voucher for public transport. this was so nice to have. the staff were friendly, and they spoke english, which i appreciated.

The bathroom door had some hair on it. the little box with soaps had dust in it. i felt a bit uneasy because of this. It would've been better if it were cleaner.

breakfast offered a selection of meats and cheese. there were also eggs and pastries available. coffee and juices were available. a nice choice of teas completed the offering.

The hotel had a play area. there was also a bar to use. the bus stop is just outside the hotel. It makes travel easy. the public transportation pass is helpful too.

The reception staff was helpful at all times. They answered all my questions. they made sure i knew how to get around the city. it helped me feel at home .

The rooms were reasonably sized, well lit, and mostly clean. the beds were comfy. the room looked like the photos. I had seen before my arrival, and the heat worked well.
